Pedi dois bitoques, mas o que chegou à mesa, do conceito bitoque não tem nada, um bife com batatas fritas e um ovo estrelado dentro de um molho de manteiga. A nível de sabor, era bastante gordurento devido à quantidade de molho, a carne não tinha muita qualidade estando rija e as batatas super queimadas. No fim um café queimado.

We just chose this restaurant at random for a late lunch and could not have been more pleasantly surprised. The welcome was immediate, the menu whilst not particularly extensive was good local cuisine and then the food , service and atmosphere were super. I would recommend this restaurant unreservedly as I would the lovely village of Alcochete which is a hidden gem. It is going to become more well known when they build the new Lisbon airport but for now it is a treat to visit with the original fishermen’s terraced houses and fresh fish caught the morning you are eating it.

Das Restaurant ist gut gelegen, sogar im November kann man mittags draußen essen. Der Service ist freundlich und gut, die Speisekarte vielversprechend. Aber was nützt das alles, wenn das Essen nicht schmeckt? Wir haben Polvo a lagareiro gegessen. Alles schwamm in unleckerem Fett, in der Mitte die mit eben diesem Fett zubereitete Brotmasse und drmheum einige wenige Polvo Stücke, natürlich auch in Fett. Wir hatten das Gericht vorher schon in einem anderen Lokal gegessen, da schmeckte es sehr gut. Hier stimmten weder das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis noch der Geschmack. Wie schade!
