Very good eataryThis is a Tasca. A simple, traditional place to get a meal a drink some wine.
What you want from a Tasca is a good welcome, jolly environment.
No frills, no nice decor.
I eat here most weeks, for lunch.
Eating on the patio on a summer day scores huge points on your lunch break enjoyment. The Food is good and tasty, although the portions could be more generous some times. With some bread, olives and traditional smoked meat sausage slice, you can't complain though.
For desert I recommend the marmelade and cheese (marmelada e queijo da serra) or the divine cookie cake (bolo de bolacha)
