You should review your staffing policy. I came in for a quick lunch on a Saturday you had only about 4 tables and 2 waiters. You had Sara running to do everything, she was lovely and doing her best but then you had the other girl standing at the door flicking her long hair, looking out in the window and looking absolutely bored. It just doesn’t give the right impression, on the contrary.
Tables could have been cleaned and she could help her co-worker. Actually this is what she should do. They can both have their eyes on the door on the new guests coming in, but actually work on serving the guests who are already inside.
On est tombes dessus par hasard et on a regretté, les serveuses parlent pas français et très peu anglais: à base de can I take your kitchen? Pour débarasser. Les pizzas sont chères et fade peu cuites. Les pâtes étaient bonnes. Bref il n y avait que des touristes.....
