Was staying nearby on vacation and needed a quick bite to go on our way out. Grabbed a couple of freshly baked cheese bread rolls, they were so good! I wish we had had time to try the bifana!

This place has the best bifana that I ate in Portugal! Stop by at lunchtime, get a bifana (or two) and a beer. Finish with an espresso and you'll be ready to go. Great staff - friendly to those of us who don't speak Portuguese. This isn't a white tablecloth kind of place so don't expect that kind of ambiance; you're there for the food, not the atmosphere.

The food here is excellent, but just as stellar is the service. Staff is lovely and kind. Great place for a bifana (I'd recommend adding queijo). Slather it with piripiri & mustard and go off to pork heaven.
