Very creamy texture, the flavour is solid and natural without being exaggerated. There's some serious science, experience, and TLC going into making these ice creams. Solid and easy recommendation.

You just have be in there for 5 seconds to capture understand and why these ice creams are the best all over Lisbon: they're genuinely hand-made. The owner is quite the character on he's own (the italian moustache is top notch eheheh) and the whole environment feels just great - Alvalade and Avenida da Igreja are just amazing for a warm summer afternoon stroll. My personal flavour is coconut - absolutely divine with it's grated coconut bits and pieces! I truly recomend going to Conchanata for hand-made ice cream (just be ready to wait a bit on the usually long waiting queue).

These are the best ice creams I have ever tasted in my life and they are, for sure, the best in Lisbon! The texture is so smooth and the flavor is unbelievably intense! This ice cream parlor has opened its doors in 1948 in one of the best Lisbon avenues - Avenida da Igreja - and since then has been passed from father to son over generations. The recipes are secret :) and all of the ice creams are 100% natural and hand made. The most popular cup - Conchanata -, with 4 balls of ice cream and a delicious strawberry syrup on top is JUST UNBELIEVABLE! Come and see for for yourself! Just amazing!
