What a fantastic tour! We enjoyed ourselves so much, especially our young kids! The guides were both lovely and very knowledgeable. One of them was new but you couldn't tell because he was great. They both also have excellent command of several languages. The tour we booked first was overbooked but they immediately accommodated us in the following one that was 30min longer without charging any extra. Overall, great experience, excellent customer service and of course a magical place to see by boat.
