Our worst experience in Portugal was with Aurora. We booked three tickets for their cave tour and followed the directions provided on their website. Despite arriving 30 minutes early, we couldn't find the departure point. When we called their office, we were informed that the address listed was incorrect and that the actual departure location was far from where we were. Even though the mistake was on their end, they refused to let us join a later tour or reschedule. After reading similar reviews, it seems this is a common practice for Aurora—greedy and unprofessional.

Great trip, knowledgeable and skillful guide with lots of extra information, well organised and not too long, would recommend, wear a hat if you are worried about your hair, some of the birds in the caves like to drop presents!

Hugo y Luis fueron nuestros capitanes y guías de la experiencia. ¡Fue absolutamente maravilloso! Pudimos ver muchísimas grutas y todas con su debida explicación y recomendaciones de playas, ellos siempre atentos y preguntándonos sobre cómo estabamos. Con un broche de oro, que estoy segura no todos los que conducen barcos o lanchas podrían hacerlo y que deja a relucir la destreza de Hugo, nos introducimos dentro de una cueva con bastante difícil acceso de la que salimos gloriosos y con un sabor de experiencia alucinante. ¡Repetiremos, estoy segura!
