This restaurant is a real gem. The food is divine: so well presented, such fantastic quality and unexpected ingredient combinations - it goes beyond simple food, it's an artistic, highly sensorial experience. The chef regularly updates the menu according to the seasonal ingredients available, so there's always something new to try. The service is absolutely excellent: so attentive, polite, precise - the team is trained to very high standards and everyone is very friendly. The owner introduced himself and checked on all the guests in the restaurant to make sure everything was going well. The value for money is exceptional. I highly recommend it!

Fantastic! Do not miss this place! Every dish is a creative and refreshing iteration on a Portuguese classic using mostly local ingredients. From the homemade butter to the herbal garnishes used on the main dishes, it was all surprisingly exceptional. The staff is super attentive and friendly, we loved every recommendation made including the excellent house red Allma Garve. This place is truly a hidden gem in the value for money you get. We will definitely return to try their new menu in November, if not sooner!

Like others read about it in the Inside magazine. It’s next to a charity shop where we went looking for golf clubs. Noticed everyone trying the lunch specials so we tried the duck rice and codfish rice. Both great. Lovely service. Good atmosphere. Will return in evening. Recommended as modern tasty local food.
