As most of the time, when Igive 5⭐️, it’s for the combination of delicious food and a good friendly service. Gaspacho& Migas has both.

Our Christmas lunch at Gazpacho and Migas was, again (this is our 3rd time), excellent. Superb service, attentive staff, incredible food. Lovely atmosphere, small and well designed restaurant. Cannot fault it.

We went for my wife's birthday (which I had mentioned when booking) but on arrival no "Happy Birthday Mrs. C." - nothing ! We waited 30 minutes before our order was taken with only a small shared appetiser. Starters were another 30 minutes. The food was very good except the bacalhau tasted salteado even though the waiter insisted it was fresco - good nontheless. The low point of the evening was when my wife ordered a second glass of the excellent Algoz winery wine and the waiter brought an Algarve winery wine insisting it was what she had previously ordered. Even though she tasted it and said it was not nice, he actually argued with us and refused to change it ! Result we paid, walked out without sobremesa or coffee, no tip and no return !!
