The staff will chose or decide whatever the customer wants and when.
God forbid someone even hints at any feeling of dissatisfaction. They get very defensive, even borderline offensive arguing you do not bring in enough profit for them to worry, outright telling you they rather have no profit --at all-- than serving your need.
