These people have promised a landscape plan to a client and are 3 weeks past their deadline and still no plan. Messaging them doesn't get any information about what they are planning now that their schedule has slipped. They are just not acting in a reliable and responsible business manner. We have done our best to communicate. One phone call got a promise to meet a new deadline. Well, that has passed and still no info on a new deadline. They made a good promise at a site visit but then no follow-through. Make you own judgment.
