Decided to take my family for lunch for my dad’s birthday and what a waste of time! We arrived with no reservation to an empty restaurant (two tables only, should have seen the signs!) and whilst the order was taken quickly this is where the positives stopped! 30 minutes later we noticed a commotion where all the employees were sat down eating and it turned out this was when they realised our order hadn’t been put through! Someone came out to apologise and that our order had been mixed up (not sure with what because the other 2 tables had already eaten!). 50 minutes after ordering we received our food, whilst everyone acting like nothing had happened. Food was average, service was average. Wouldn’t return in a hurry, or ever!

Repeat customer, the piri piri chicken is really tasty and the staff are always friendly and helpful. This is an informal dining experience just up the hill from the seafront, idea if you're staying in portobay falesia or one of the neighbouring hotels. The staff have been helpful when I have asked them about gluten free food and the Portuguese wine is delicious and reasonably priced. Thank you for another lovely meal and we will return!

Restaurant sympa, belle carte avec des spécialités. Service très pro. Poisson frais. Bien mangé que dire de plus c’était parfait.
